The story
The Pinot Gris is from Bendigo and fermented in tank. The Sémillon is from Wadawurrung Country (Geelong), fermented in barrel and rested for a year, allowing it to mature and develop its character.
Hodge is a slow going rescued Grey – residing at Northside Wines in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
