The story
The Syrah is from two different Taungurung sites, one in Corop and one in Redesdale. The driving acid is due to the cooler climate Redesdale fruit, while the vicious berry bonanza hails from the Corop.
Named in honour of BBQ, Dog. The cheeky opportunist. Keep an eye on her, she’s tricky.
