Land Acknowledgement – on numerous different lands we see our grapes cultivated and handled, and our events run – these are lands of the various Indigenous peoples of Australia, and we wish to acknowledge them as Traditional Owners. We also wish to recognise, at all sites we are present, the Elders, past, present and emerging.

Beyond the Glass Tours was founded by a passionate Wine Maker who loves education. Our mantra is: fun, delicious learning.
About the Founder
After a job in London fell through, a random set of events led founder Cron to begin his wine journey, in the Rhône Valley, Southern France. 4 months were spent residing in a town called Caromb, next to Mt. Ventoux – a region famous for Granache.
Once there, Cron learned about and subsequently fell in love with organic/biodynamic winemaking. After returning to Australia, he learned of a friend who went on a wine tour with a group who got ripped off by a grumpy bloke in a stinky old van. Cron had an itch to provide something more enjoyable – so he tried a few tours offered by his now competitors and thought ‘I can do this better’…
The first tour was run in September 2018, and it was a roaring success.
2019 saw Beyond the Glass take part in their first two vintages, with the purchase of a couple of tonnes of fruit in both Victoria, Australia and The Rhône Valley, France.
